Situated on the Coastline of Oman, North of Muscat, The Ampitheatre resort hotel as part of the South East coast scenic frontage of Blue City, consists of a five star hotel.
The proposed hotel consists of 116 standard guest rooms and 6 deluxe hotel guest suites along with retail facilities, Banquet halls, restaurant with an outdoor dining, lounges and private dining room as well as a ladies and gents spa, gymnasium and swimming pool and tennis courts.
The Architecture of the buildings is in a contemporary Oman style, utilizing patterned screens and recessed slot windows. The concept emphasizes the proximity to the beach and enhances views from the hotel.
Aedas is the Architect on this project responsible for concept, scheme & detailed design as well as site supervision.
