As Executive Director, Middle East & North Africa, Robert leads Aedas offices in the region and is responsible for strategic planning, business development and expansion of our operations throughout the Middle East and North Africa. With over 20 years of experience in large-scale mixed-use developments, infrastructure, hospitality and healthcare projects, Robert’s outstanding ability in design management, coordination and documentation have been widely-recognized by our clients. In 2005, Robert set up the Dubai office and led the design team for the USD4.2 billion Dubai Metro Red & Green Lines. The successful opening of the Dubai Metro in 2009 lead to a further commission on the design of the Green Line extension and other transport projects in the region. Aedas now have established offices in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Doha and Bahrain with a strong portfolio of mixed-used, commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, education, sports and infrastructure projects and continue to expand throughout the region.
