Dubai Creek Crossing Signature Bridges

The 58,400m Dubai Creek Crossing Bridge is located in one of Dubai City’s most prominent waterfront location, an area where cultural importance is reflected in a unique mixture and blend between modern buildings and heritage quays.
The bridge will provide pedestrian accessibility between the car park building and three proposed towers with a total GFA of 50,000m2, where it will provide pedestrian strip, travelator, and a path for a user-friendly electrical and the towers, fully air-conditioned with automated conveying system.
The connection bridge is themed to give a complex and appropriate spots along the footpaths of Beniyas Road. It will also provide access for service and emergency vehicles as well as emergency escape through the existing service road along each quay. Power and mechanical plants will be incorporated within the towers and/or be part of the car parking building site.
The design competition that is launched by Mizin JV with Dubai Municipality. Aedas was the Design Architect for this project.
